I, John Campbell of Elmira, Lot Forty-seven, King's County, in the Province of Prince Edward Island, Farmer, being of sound mind and memory, do make and publish this my last Will and Testament in manner and form following: That is to say, I give, devise and bequeath to my daughter Honora and her Heirs four acres of land, bounded and described as follows, that is to say: Commencing at a stake fixed in the West side of Elmira Road and in the South angle of lands owned or occupied by the late Lemuel Morrow and running along said line a distance of ten chains thence South at right angles to said line a distance of four chains, thence parallel to said line to Elmira Road thence along Main Rpoad to place of commencement.
I give, devise, and bequeath to my son Malcolm Campbell, and his Heirs all the remaining part of lands, consisting of, or comprising one hundred and thirty-six acres of land a little more or less, and is bounded and described as follows: that is to say on the east by said Elmira Road, on the South by lands of Thomas Pierce, and on the West and North by lands of said Lemuel Morrow.
I give and bequeath to my daughter Honora one cow, and that my Estate be a home for her with my son Malcolm as long as she remains unmarried. I give and bequeath to my daughter Christy one Heiffer and I give and bequeath to my daughters Mary, Elizabeth, Catherine and Johanna one Sheep each, and I give to my son George one Dollar. I give, devise and bequeath to my beloved wife Ann and my son Malcolm all my goods and Chattels not already bequeathed, to be held and enjoyed by them jointly. I give and bequeath to my son Joseph a home on my estate with my estate with my son Malcolm, should he at any time desire to live with Malcolm.
In witness whereof I now set and subscribe my seal and hand this fourteenth day of February, in the year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and eighty four.
